Users may receive SMS alerts about new voicemails, voicemail transcription-ready notices, mailbox/account updates, and CellVM system status alerts.
Users opt in by entering or confirming their mobile phone number, reviewing the SMS disclosure, checking an unchecked consent box, and clicking “Enable SMS Alerts.” Consent is not a condition of purchase or service use.
Message frequency varies based on voicemail activity and account activity.
